Photos you upload for your book
Trip details, captions and notes you provide
Payment is processed by Revolut. We do not store or have access to your card details.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to fulfil your order — to design your book, send it to print via our fulfilment partner (Prodigi), and deliver it to your address. We will also send you order confirmation and updates by email.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photos and content you provide
The photos and personal details you share with us are used exclusively to design your book. We may retain copies for a reasonable period to handle any queries about your order, after which they are deleted. We will never use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sketchmytravelsco@gmail.com.

Our service
We create fully personalised, hand-designed travel books. Each book is made to order by our design team using the photos, names, dates, locations and story details you provide. Every book is unique and made specifically for you.
Placing an order
When you submit your order and complete payment, you are entering into a contract with Wanderfly Creative LTD for the production of a custom personalised product. We will confirm your order by email within 24 hours.
Design and creative discretion
Our team designs every page of your book. While we work from your photos and details, the layout, typography, decorative elements, additional sketches and overall design are at our creative discretion, in keeping with the style shown on our website. No proof is provided before printing — this is a done-for-you service.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown at checkout and include free worldwide shipping. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via Revolut. Prices are subject to change but any change will not affect orders already placed.
Production and delivery
Books are printed and fulfilled by Prodigi, our global print partner. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, with delivery time depending on your location. We will provide tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Returns and refunds
Because every book is made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us at sketchmytravelsco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Your content
You confirm that you own or have the right to use all photos and content you submit to us. You grant us a limited licence to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your book.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by our print partners, postal services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
